Family clustering analysis of human infections of Ascaris lumbricoides Enterobius vermicularis and Trichuris trichura in Qinghai Province 青海省人体肠道蛔虫、鞭虫和蛲虫的家庭聚集性分析
Among these species, the respective infection rates for Ascaris lumbricoides, Enterobius vermicularis, Trichuris trichiura, and Clonorchis sinensis were 30.7%, 20.1%, 1.3% and 0.1%, respectively. 蛔虫感染率为30.7%,蛲虫的为20.1%,鞭虫、贾第虫的分别为1.3%和1.2%。
And Trichuris trichiura ( 66.7%), Ascaris lumbricoides ( 61.8%), hookworm ( 60.9%) and Enterobius vermicularis ( 39.6%) were the species associated with high infection rates. 感染率较高的虫种是鞭虫、蛔虫、钩虫和蛲虫,分别为66.7%、61.8%、60.9%、39.6%。

A family clustering analysis on Ascaris lumbricoides and Enterobius vermicularis infections was performed in Inner Mongolia covering 30 713 residents from 7 904 families, by using binomial distribution and χ 2 test for significance reckoning. 用二项分布配合χ2检验方法对7904个家庭、30713人进行统计分析。结果表明,本区人群感染最重的蛔虫和蛲虫均有家庭聚集性(经χ2检验,P<0.001)。
